Call Centre service is appalling. I will never book with this company again.

The call centre rarely answer the phone. The mailbox on their cell phone number is full. I needed to change the date of my trip, and the call centre sent me an SMS with their bank details and an INCORRECT email address. My ticket was then not changed due to them not receiving the proof of payment, as the email address they sent was incorrect. Overall, my experience was awful, and that's not even getting onto a bus. After reading the other reviews on here, I have booked a plane ticket and will not be getting onto one of their buses.
