Bus Ticket

<div>On the 31/10/2020 I went to Shop-rite Whittlesea to inquire how much is the Bus ticket from Whittlesea to Johannesburg I was told its R300.00.Same day I sent my son to buy the ticket and I noticed He paid 550.00 I drove back in town same day to ask and I was told only the buses from Queenstown cost R300.00 not from Whittle-sea. I ask them to change the ticket they said they cant its not the same bus intercity express and Eagle liner don't work together. I ask the store manager Sam to reverse so that I can be able to book Eagle-liner. Sam said I will pay 20% penalty fee. I asked him to show me where is it written on the ticket. He said they don’t have terms and conditions at the store. I phoned customer care while I was at the store. Nompulelo said the same thing. I ask for the manager Dikeleki who took more than two days to reply to my emails. The manager words on the email were there is nothing she can do. I ask her to refer my matter to his senior up until today I am still waiting for his senior to contact me. All I need from city express is my 550.00 to be transferred back into my account. I never signed any terms and conditions with them.</div>
