Good Day <br> <br> I would like to lay a complaint. <br> <br> My fiance? and I booked a ticket from Heidelberg to Pietermaritzburg on the 04-11-2015<br> We booked our ticket for Friday, 06-11-2015 and had to meet the bus at 13:40 at the Caltex garage. The bus arrived at 14:30, nearly an hour late. <br> We got onto the bus and it was extremely hot, none of the air cons worked on the bus and please keep in mind that we as the passengers do not have windows that we could open, the bus stank so much that I was nauseas the whole trip. The bus does not stop every 5 minutes for us to get fresh air, It stops once at Montrose. <br> We got out of the bus at Montrose and quickly went and bought food, and got rushed by the driver that we are late and need to get back onto the bus. <br> I had no problem to get back into the bus and eat my food on the bus, but as you can see on the attached photographs, the bus was full of ****roaches. How does Intercity Express expect us to eat on that bus if there are ****roaches running all over the bus? They were running over our feet and on the windows. The pockets to hold some of your things in front of you (behind the front seat) are broken. Then the bus driver drove so fast when we got
