BUS RIDE FROM HELL!!!

Bus Ride from Hell : we are currently sitting in an intercity express bus in between Tugela tall gate and Ladysmit. On top of the bus arriving 30 mins late for our departure, We are in the middle of nowhere, the bus broke down due to engine issues at around 2:30 am at which time the driver failed to explain to us why we were stopping. After 30 mind he then explained the problem and that the was a mechanic on his way and he would take 45 min to an hour. We called the call center and the consultant said the samething. We are stuck here , since 2am and it’s 06:43 , it’s below freezing point, we have been freezing the whole night, we are hungry, thirsty, there are old people and children on the bus.They are only trying to find another bus to come pick us up now around 06:15 and telling us it’s gonna take another 3 to 4 hours....

If you are traveling never ever ever use any “INTERCITY express BUSES”. This ridicilous because they have shown no consideration for their clients. It is a disgrace, no human being deserves like this......as I press the send button , we are still stuc****
