Bus Never Arrived and Refund Still Outstanding Months Later

I booked a bus through Busbud (Intercity) for travel from 10 January to 11 January 2026, from Mount Ayliff to Johannesburg. Unfortunately, the bus never arrived, and I waited at the pickup point for the entire night without any communication or assistance.

It has now been several months, and I am still waiting for my refund, which has not yet been processed. I have submitted all the required documents as proof, but I have not received any feedback to date.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
