Bus

I have never seen people so *********** and rude. I had booked a bus for 25th of June from Klerksdorp to Johannesburg and the bus was supposed to pick us up at 10:00am but instead it came at 11:00 Am and there was no communication, I had to use my airtime to call and ask about the bus , people please communicate to allay customer’s anxieties, not only did it come late, when it was time to leave Klerksdorp the bus did not want to start literally because it had mechanical issues, they still did not send an sms or email. No one communicated. I sent an email asking for a refund, these people are busy telling me that they cannot refund me because it’s not their fault that the bus had mechanical issues, for one I missed my interview, I did not even use their bus, but they do not want to give my money back!! I regret using this bus, because I have never used it. Do better people y’all are *********** and your services are very poor .
