I wish there is -1 star. This intercity is now a shadow of itself. Just like everything on a serious decline in SA. Imagine booking a bus to Jburg, only for passengers and luggages to be squeezed in small Kumbi taxi to Jburg. And what is the lame excuse? Bus running late, when are already late. I told the people this will be my last time booking intercity. The attendant is unconcerned and told I should do what I want.
