Boarding passengers *******ly to fill empty seats

The station needs proper management immediately before something serious happens. On numerous occasions(10pm) I have witnessed Staff and Bus drivers operating in cahoots with a third party and boarding passengers *******ly (without valid bus tickets) to fill empty seats on the Bus at cheap rates, which they then pocket the money. The reason I am addressing this matter, is not only because the bus leaves at least half an hour late every time because of this under-handed dealing, but also because directors and management MUST think of the lives of innocent people and children and STOP this nonsense. Educate your staff, because although the driver leaves late, he drives over the allowed speed limit, to reach his destination on time. Drivers know where the speed traps are, so pull out the tracker report and address this issues. If (God forbid) anything bad had to happen, and a head count is done to recover passengers how can one be able to investigate accurately if you are not sure who and exactly how many people were onboard or Legit customers who support your service will be left for dead because they were miscounted for illegitimate passengers, now try explaining that to a loved one
