Terrible experience Late by 3 hours Rude stuff at call centre where 4 passengers waiting at midrand called Rude drivers No seat numbers so passengers were left to quarrel about seats Still in pretoria as at 2148 yet this was a 6pm bus Just shocked by the indifference Licence should be revoked This bus myst be banned
