Bad travelling experience with Intercity Xpress

The bus left late and we were not informed why. 40min later and it was burning hot inside the bus. The driver on the phone the whole time driving very slow and we arrived very late in pretoria. The girls at the reception in durban worse attitude and did not keep us updated of anything. Worse experience ever. They need to be trained on customer care
