Bad service on their call centre department

Poor service i bought a ticket prior for a trip that will take place in 2 weeks time then for wrong dates I emailed them to cancel my ticket cause im no longer leave on that date they said refund will take 7to14 days but now it’s been way more then 14 days I still haven’t received my money im still waiting
