Bad service intercity

Terrible service, a very disorganized bus that was hours late, no contact from the staff, a front desk clerk who had an attitude and showed no concern at all, a bus delay that caused my daughter to arrive three hours late—all of these things left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied—and the amazing lack of decorum.
