BAD SERVICE FROM INTERCITY XPRESS

Booked this bus to depart at 21:00 from Joburg to Durban on the 8th of August 2019. The bus only departed at 00:00 with no explanation, no apology whatsoever from the service provider.

We kept calling they call center to find out what’s going on as there were only clueless securities in front of us but they just told us they’ll call us back they’ll find out what’s going on. Eventually they weren’t answering their phones anymore.

An Indian lady appetizer to be working for Intercity Xpress and told us the busses are overbooked, they still calling for another bus we might probably leave the following morning. Out of nowhere their workers appeared and loaded us on a bus that was parked there since 20:30 when I got there, drove out as if we’re finally leaving only to get to a bus depot to be transferred to another bus. ALL this with no communication or explanation or at least an apology.

This is not the first time I use this bus and it’s been late before but never like this!!!????????♀️????????♀️ I don’t recommend you use it from Joburg to Dbn ever!!
