Bad service from Intercity Express

I'll never travel with this bus again! I was traveling from Durban to Johannesburg with Intercity Express on a rainy day and the bus wipers were not working. Driver of the bus also had a number of unauthorized stops along the way (off loading his cargo to a number of taxi guys driving Quantams) which all of this leading to me and my wife missing our flight from OR Tambo to Cape Town. I lost a lot of money because Intercity Express and their unprofessional employees
