Bad service from Intercity buses

They lost my mother's travellings bag, drivers promised to contact her. Nothing happened, I wrote them an email, they said I should send her bus details I did. Nothing happened for 2 days, I contacted them again, I was told, no feedback because my bag was not found. And then that's it end of the story
