Bad Service from Intercity

This company has the worst ever help service. I made a booking through Busbud for Lenasia to Durban and return. I didn't receive my return ticket number in Durban as I was about to board on the bus. They couldn't find my ticket number. I was forced to book through another bus back to Johannesburg. Stay away from this bus. Their response on Wattsapp number is very poor. They don't return messages. Their emails says 'maildaemon not sent'. This company needs to be investigated for *******ion by the authorities.
