Bad service ever

I. Have requested a refund of R770.00 on the 20/11/2023 which they promised me to refund me in two weeks up until today they haven't refunded me,im even thinking of taking them to consumer protection, the reference is STABQE401 for Ncumisa Geya. This is an unacceptable client service,very poor I've tried today calling this no 010 822 900 and *** which is also a watsap no and they don't respond nor answer the call. Now when i watsap they dont respond anymore.
