Bad service ever

The worst experience i have had in a bus company, firstly we had to wait for the bus over an hour, then we were told that the bus doesn’t have access to come in to the park station in Johannesburg, so we were ask to use another bus that would take us to where we will get another, they bus they made take was dirty… then when we arrive to the bus that we are suppose to take to Durban, its not an Intercity bus and that bus didnt have windows… the driver told is were to get off when we had questions and he had the Aircon on full blast

I will be post about this on my social media as well, we paid so much for us to be treated like animals… this is first and last time il use this bus and il make il spread the word

No communication what so ever from the bus company and we got to Durban 2 hours later
