BAD SERVICE, DISORGANISED, UNPROFESSIONAL

A bus from Mthatha to Johannesburg with departure at 18:20 and arrival time at 05:50 but it arrived in Mthatha at 19:25 for the passengers there. It was 4hrs late in Johannesburg, arrived at 09:30, there was no apology, no accountability of any sort. The drivers were rude and in each stop there was no communication of any sort. God I have never seen such an unprofessional space. I would never recommend the bus to anyone at any point.
