Bad service and transportation

Today is the 3rd time I've taken this bus service and 2 of those experiences have been absolutely horrible.. Main problem being having to take an unknown bus instead of an Intercity bus.. Last time we waited over an hour for the bus to arrive and we ended up being transported in some tour bus that had no air conditioning. Today we're being transported in some Kalamazoo bus.. I thought I'd give them another chance but after this NEVER AGAIN!!
