Bad service and ****s

Booked a bus for 11am on 20/02/2025 from Pretoria to Durban which delayed for 2hours plus, and we where told a different bus will pick us up therfore decided not to use bus anymore informed them at office they even called me twice and I confirmed only to find out today in the 24/02/2025 when I want to rebook that my ticket expired and t the pretoria office bosman they never logged in my decision to rebook . So I'm very disappointed they **** and it's and customer service.
