bad service and non functional toilets

the worse service ever.The drivers dont care about our wellbeing. They made us jump off and change busses at 12am midnight. On top of that they have toilets with no water they say when ladies pee they must not use toilet paper. How can you travel 9 hours with a toilet which doesn't even have water.I wouldn't advise anyone to book this bus I even paid R800 to receive such bad service
