Bad service and dishonesty

I made ticket cancelation as early as possible to beat 24 hours prior departure time. It was 14 November 2024 in the morning. Their level of lying in response to my refund is so annoying. They're good at lying and avoiding calls. It is more 31 days since I submitted my request and they keep telling me that it "15 days to refund their bus ticket".
