Bad service

Booked ticket from Durban to Benoni for the 25 Feb 2024 at 21:30. The bus arrived on time however without any explanation we departed at 22:03 from Durban Station.

Bus got to Montrose and waited there for almost an hour or more waiting for another pass to swap passengers. This led to confrontations between passengers since we have been waiting for too long for the other bus. Yet when it finally arrived those passengers want to take a break.

The bus was scheduled to arrive at 04:30 in the morning on the 26/02/2024 and it ended arriving at 06:27 which was 2 hours late. I really do not understand why 2 buses that pass a certain point in different times should be scheduled to swap passengers.
