bad service

I booked a ticket from heidelberg to port shepstone to go and visit my 7 year old son for the weekend.I was at heidelberg caltex at 22H15 as the ticket time was for 22H30.22H36 I tried to phone parkstation and there was no answer.23:36 I got hold of a lady from intercity and she said that she can not get hold of the driver but she will phone me back.I was put on another bus at 00:00 and said that the driver was there earlier and some driver from intercity will meet me at harrismth or in durban.I need a explaination for this.I will be using this service again and do not recomend it to anyone.Please phone me on *** for any question.I need some answers as well
