BAD SERVICE

This past weekend I was traveling with my daughter to Bloemfontein. It's her 1st year in University, found intercity on line and they we're very affordable. Little did I know that with affordability came rudeness and inconsiderate staff... firstly: they made people to load their own luggage stating that we packing bricks in our suitcases cz they heavy. Secondly: the driver told us he does not want to listen to our voice notes, we must use earphones and when I told them had this been communicated prior to booking I would have been aware now I didn't bring earphones...I was told to wait until I reach my destination to use my phone. Thirdly: the bus leaked and 1 passenger got wet, when she brought it to the bus assistants attention he said there's nothing he can do about a leak while not moving an inch from where he was sitting... talk about cheap service I'm so never booking them
