Bad Service

Booked a bus for 21:45 from Park Station to Margate on the 22 Dec 2017, the Bus arrived at 23:20 no one even bothered to inform us as passengers and it was not enough taht we stood outside with our kids, we had to wait in the bus for another 30-45 minutes and no one came to give an explanation or for that matter an apology. passengers were complaining, its not like we didn't pay for the bus tickets, treatment of the management and staff it stings.
