bad service

<p>I booked a 9am bus leaving from Johannesburg to Durban today, only to find that a bus was overbooked and it was full, so I had to wait for another 2hrs while they were still trying to hire another bus.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend intercity express to anyone, poor service.</p>
