Bad service

I'm very unhappy with the way i was treated by customer service and the bus driver. The driver was driving badly and almost killed us. Most people were complaining in the bus and nothing was done. The driver was busy on the cellphone the whole trip and telling his friends about us complaining. I will never travel with intercity. When i came back i actually booked Intercape and they are the best. I hope intercity lose all the customer if not many.
