Bad experience from both intercity and eagle liner

I am so disappointed. I am a student at Rhodes university and had booked an intercity bus ticket on the 30th of January 2024 for the 3 February 2024. This bus had to fetch me from Grahamstown and drop me off in Pretoria, bosman station. When the bus arrived in Grahamstown, I was told my name wasn’t on the list and therefore couldn’t get in. The drivers were nice enough and said that there will be an eagle liner bus arriving in the next 30 minutes. He said show them that you booked a bus for intercity and we will wait for you at one of the stops. Thank you Mr Mashishi for that. This all happened at around 18h30-19h00. That eagle liner bus arrived at 21h00 after being apparently stuck. Prior to the bus arriving, I kept on calling no messaging intercity and got no response. When the eagle liner bus arrives 2 hours later, I showed them my bus ticket and they said that they put me in an eagle liner bus when I didn’t buy that ticket. That fool of a man named Moses (Bloemfontein) insisted that I bought an eagle liner bus ticket when It clearly shows that I bought an intercity bus ticket. The bus was in bad condition. There were no charging ports, dirty and dusty and was fuller than it’s actual capacity putting our lives at risk. Some people had to sit on the drivers bed because there was no space at all. One of the drivers was swearing at one of the customers parents after they were telling them their disapproval of the bus line. I hope that man Moses is dealt with accordingly and so is the intercity and eagle liner company because I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth.
