Bad customer service- unprofessional and unpunctual

The bus was late, no apology. Customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this bus and I will never book it again 👎🏾. No seat number.I had to choose between separating from my 3 year old child or them sitting on top of me even though I paid for two tickets! So if you book this bus, do it at your risk of being separated from the person you’re travelling with. Had a very uncomfortable ride experience.
