Bad customer service.

I was supposed to take a bus from Belville to Pretoria on the 16th of February 2024, the bus was leaving at 19h30 and I got there at 19h28. The bus had already left and now they say I have forfeited my ticket. My argument is that I was late for checke in yes but was the before departure. Now they don't even want to put me in the next bus.
