Bad customer service and unnecessary bad attitude.

The bus arrived an hour late instead of 21:45 it arrive at 23:00.On top of that when we got to Harry Smith when the passengers asked to go to the toilet at one of the drop out. The driver refused, the point is that the whole bus wanted to release themselves so I just don't understand why he refused. The bus was freezing , he refused to open the heater. The experience was horrible, I would not recommend to anyone to use.
