bad customer service

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD cancelled my bus ticket and they never cancelled it and now they are refusing with my refund. every time I call and request for a manager I get told she she is not available. since Cynthia Mbatha said she will see what to till today no feedback. manager Dikeledi Volstrom has not gotten back to me. Elna/ Elma and Bernedette has also promised to look in to my query but nothing has been done.
