Bad customer Service

I booked a bus to Bulawayo on Saturday the 14 October at Picknpay and the teller accidental booked for 15 and she immediately called the customer care to correct the error and we were told to pay the difference of 172 by intercity supervisor Jabulile our date have been correct only to get to park Station nothing is booked and the lady at park station by the of Linda didn't even want to talk to us she just told us to solve our problem with the person we spoke too, she cant help us she then left to go and sit at the back room, When we called also Jabulile didn't want to talk to us we were just told to come tomorrow on our booked dates or cancel the trip and get our money in 15 working days.
