Bad bus service

This bus service is a total waste of money and time.

On Friday 26th March 2022 I got a return ticket from DBN to Benoni, the bus was meant to leave at 21:30 on Friday evening but it ended up leaving at 22:00. The worst is that it took off to PMB and we got stuck there for 23:45 until 03:30 the next morning. Apparently the bus had no "air bags", which they knew very well long before the scheduled journey. There was no communication as to what was happening, the driver just went and hid away from passengers who kept asking what was going on.

The call center people didn't bother to answer calls from us when we called in.

It wa only around 03:00am when he got instructions to exchange the bus, even then there was no update to the passengers. He just started driving to his destination.

Around 4am (the time we were supposed to be in JHB) it was only then we made our way from PMB.

And then again on Monday for the return trip, the bus was meant to leave Benoni at 20:45 but we waited until 00:30 for the bus to get to us. When we call they tell us "the bus will be there in 20 minutes". From 22:00 we are this 20 minutes story.

I urge people to consider alternative bus services if you want to get to where you're going and in the intended time frame.
