ASSISTANCE PLEASE

I have booked a bus ticket with Intercity Express on the 31 October i have still not received my ticket and i have been trying for a week now to get in contact with anyone on 2 WhatsApp numbers as well as on a call, 1 whatsapp number constantly says i will be contacted by a agent and nobody has contacted me in a week, 1 contact number goes directly to voicemail and the other makes you wait for minimum half an hour while it keeps getting put on hold and off hold continuously, can someone please whatsapp me or call me back as i have 0 joy getting in contact with anyone. I have spoken with a consultant named Tintswalo on whatsapp where the responses come in every hour. Pleass can someone assist me
