Are intercity express busse roadworthy?

Hi i've traveled four times on the intercity express buses and strong feel the buses are not road worthy...there's terrible shudder that really shakes you up in such way that made me vomit twice...on my last trip a week ago the weather was extremely hot & the aircon was on so low one could hardly feel it. Passenger's were faning themselves so apart from having my liver & kidneys shaken up, i had to put with being sweaty & stuffy...there are TV screens in the bus that could help lessen this torture but they are never on. Im sure the customers/passengers would agree with me that we pay for this service & the least that it should offer is clean air & a safe smooth ride. I'm not one that likes to complain without reason but when the same thing happens four times in a row and the safety of lives are concerned...something needs to be done it. Thank you
