Appalling Service and Agro Driver

Rushing to JHB as this is type because the driver refused to open the door because I was not on the bus when he pulled off the platform 15h11...

How sick is this? The bus is still in the terminals but NO he recommends I rush to the Guatrain or to make 16h30 in JHB.

Never taking this carrier ever again! Thumbs I make it to JHB by 16h30 or there will be a storm.....
