Appalling Service

Appalling bus service, booked a ticket for 20:15 only for the bus to get to Park Station and be told to change the bus, get into another one and wait until 22:15. Why make us book for a specific time only to be deceived without an explanation. It was certainly my first and last time utilizing this bus service, I anticipated better.
