Agree commuter

On the 28th of September 2023 I booked a bus from bloemfontein to cape town Bellvile station, and my bus departure was 18h15 and the bus arrived 3 hours late, as it has arrived at 21h30 and when I try to find out of its whereabouts was told that it was at Bradford. That was not the last of my predicament when I was about to return to bloemfontein as I bought a return ticket, departure was 16h10 and the bus hasn't arrived at Bellvile stop, and was forced to go to Paarl shell garage and to my dismay, people who were supposed to have left to bloem at 14h00 were even there. Lastly Around 18h00, bus 843 bus arrived after calling their offices and was told to drive with any bus that may come, but to my surprise the bus driver denied us to drive with as our names were not on his list and he was so rude. And he told me that their buses are always late I need not have to worry. I would not recommend this transport to any one. Angry commuter Maditaba Christinah Mhlongo. I did not manage to return and I forfeited my money and was suppose to drive with an elderly woman ( my mother)
