Absolutely disgusted!!!

I was passionately going to write a long review but going through some of the reviews already written here I noticed you don't give them the light of day...hahaha...I expected nothing less from you lot. Let me give to you my experience in point form rather so the other people that book your services know just how much you care about them, their health and their safety; 1. Travelling to Grahamstown on the 20/09/2023 for a wedding 2. Booked via travelstart in the morning of Wednesday the travelling day and waited the whole day for the e-Ticket. 3. Called Travelstart and they said to call you directly. 4. No answer on this number ***, typical, and I was referred to the Whatsapp line. 5. You already know what I'm going to say about the Whatsapp line right, no? Well, no response. 6. I had to go to and stand on the line to get the ticket printed at your Park Station office. What's the point of online booking then Eagle Loser? 7. Bus left on time surprisingly, there was a ****roach, maybe more but I only saw one, not surprising at all. 8. We got stuck in Mangaung, Bloemfontein at midnight and the other bus only arrived at 7:00am to pick us up. 9. The other bus had no charging ports and was as dirty as ever, no aircon all the way until Aliwal North when the drivers decided to open windows. I guess they are trained under those conditions, they're such troopers, please keep them. 10. We arrived at Wheatlesea after 2pm and an old man there was complaining that he had been waiting for the bus since 5am and the head office told him nothing but that the bus was on the way, splendid service that. 11. I arrived in Grahamstown just before 5pm, wonderful!!! 12. Sun the 24/09/2023 I am meant to leave Grahamstown at 18:35pm to arrive in JHB at 8am, bus arrives after 7:30pm and I'm like here we go again.

13. It's raining, and the bus is not travelling more than 40kph and I'm thinking it is for our safety on those curving roads towards Fort Bearfort. Meanwhile, I overhear the drivers when we get to Queenstown 6hrs later that the bus is incapable of any speed further than that. Me personally, I'm beyond shocked at this time because I have seen it all with you lot and just feel pity for the other poor souls. So, I bought my water and went back in the bus quietly. 14. When we got to Welkom it was already in the afternoon, my wife and kids panicking over the phone. 15. We changed the bus and I could see its the same bus that got stuck heading down to the EC, oh well. 16. Bus kept getting stuck in the middle of nowhere with no reasons why and after a while it would push on again. 17. We arrived in JHB just before 3pm. 18. You lot should just get out of this business, you're terrible at it and its very near that you're going to start killing people in one way or the other. 19. Even if you were the last bus available and I needed to be somewhere urgently, I'd rather hike trucks or something. 20. You're absolute trash and I would never recommend you to any human and subject them to that experience. Maybe start looking at transporting animals, still, that would be animal cruelty. See you lot, never!!!
