8 months later still waiting for my luggage claim

I have had luggage claim from the 22 January 2018. I was told to forward the form again on the 20 of August 2018.

Today I call and guess what? I’m told nothing has been done! I speak to Patricia Senanayake who was not very helpful kept outing me on hold bad customer service.
