1st Horrible experience

I had a trip with intercity express On the 30th of November 2025, travelling from Bellville to Carletonville. Firstly, there was a guy who charged us without weighing our bags. Secondly, one of the drivers was so rude and shouting at us. Myself and other 3 people were removed from the front seats because “he wanted other people to seat there”. Lastly, He dropped me off on the other side of the road instead of dropping me at the Garage. I also had to take my bags out without him assisting me. This was my first horrible experience with intercity express.
