Shocking service

I have been dealing with Mandy from Intercity removals. I first sent an email early Dec to their online contact but no one responded. I then completed the online quotation form and still no one contacted me. Eventually I called the cell number and Mandy responded. I asked for quotation to move furniture and received the quotes. I then sent an email a couple days later accepting the quote and asked for changes. No response. Eventually chased up and then receuved an email saying they cannot help as they dont have any ither bookings for that time. Now honestly....u send me this days after I acceoted the quote. I called and sent several emails and at no stage did u mebtion this. Now I have to fi d a company to assist in 2 days.
