NIGHTMARE MOVERS / INTERCITY REMOVALS / CLASSIC REMOVALS

PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OF INTERCITY REMOVALS, previously trading as CLASSIC REMOVALS. These people are ********, *******, and vandals at their best!

For a quick oversight of the tremendous nightmare we endured,

1. Quote was given for our move - that was a lie as it changed numerous times. 2. Once their truck with all our belongings was already halfway to our new destination, MANDY BENTLEY (the only ******* we ever actually talked to), advised us that should we NOT PAY AN ADDITIONAL R17 500-00, our goods will not be delivered! This woman (and this company) took our belongings ransom. 3. We slept on floors for 2 days as the &*$# truck did not arrive on time. 4. On arrival, the workers, movers, whatever you want to call them, literally threw boxes (CLEARLY MARKED FRAGILE), out of the truck. This was absolutely horrific to see. Every single box were opened in front of a driver (who claimed to be the supervisor) and every piece of glassware, glasses, cups, plates, porcelain, sentimental glasses, our wedding gifts, EVERYTHING was broken to pieces!

The absolute rage we had cannot be explained! After taking an additional R17 500-00 from us, and vandalizing, breaking our belongings, we contacted this unremorseful Mandy whilst these people were rushing around us with our things , and all she said was "SHAME". My wife was crying so much that she ended up staying in the garden with the children as the heartache of seeing our stuff broken became too much. The neighbors, (note: people we haven't even met at that stage) came out to see what was the commotion about! What a damn nightmare!!!!!

For every individual reading this complaint, PLEASE do yourself a favor and look at all the different complaints logged against these *******s. They changed their trading name because their reputation was getting the well deserved, BAD attention it ought to.

They will smooth talk you, make you believe your move will be a wonderful experience but at last that is an absolute lie. People have threatened to take them to Carte Blanche but the owner (and his co-worker Mandy Bentley) hit back with more threats.

The day after, when we looked back at all our property that has been destroyed, the owner went on holiday with his family. We and all our damages became nothing. Then we only saw that there were many of us!

Shame on them!!!

Please do not use them. You will regret it!!!!!!

I am happy to assist anyone (and I know there are many) who had to endure this property abuse. All my loss is documented and photographed and hopefully the courts will see us!
