Intercity movers - never again!

Horrible. Missed their deadlines on moving an 87 year old person from Durban to JHB. No empathy. Absolute lack of concern and communication was appalling. Mandy gave me the silent treatment for 20+ minutes. Still waiting for Luis de Souza to call back. Their idea of a solution is"Sorry" which simply translates sarcastically into "Sorry, ...for you..." Will never use them again!
