THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Probably the worst experience I have experienced to date! If there was an option of No stars at all this would have been my rating!

After my car was collected in Capetown, Tuesday the 4th of April (TWO DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING DAY) a representative from the company called to say they had ‘forgotten’ to load the car on the truck! Which meant that I had to now wait for an extra week in total before the car could be delivered in Johannesburg.

There was no effort made to try and rectify this only to receive a WhatsApp text from the representative telling me that the car will only arrive on Friday the 14th of April! The messages i have been sending to the WhatsApp number have now been blue-ticked and there has not even been a call after the fact for them to fix the problem.

I urge prospective clients trying to use this service to tread carefully, especially when you need to use your vehicle. Now I have to make alternative plans and incur extra costs for a work trip to Mafikeng
