Zero communication from intercape bus services

Worst experience!!!! Waited for a Bus which was supposed to leave at 18:20 in East London, for close to over 2hours and still waiting !!!! And office staff has no updates!!!

Only good thing is that it’s not cold and most passengers are waiting outside otherwise we would all be stuck in this 6x8m waiting room!

Zero communication, is not on!!!!
