I boarded a Intercape from Midrand end route to Durban the bus has a toilet that's full so passengers can not use the toilet only to urinate .The bus has no USB connection to charge your fone because it doesnt work but when advertising they say all these services are working this is most frustrating for Patrons to check all these faculties in the bus before boarding it the Bus company supposed to make sure all these services are working before they allow passengers onboard I wonder if these buses are serviced regularly because if it was a fault should be giving to the Opperations manager and he supposed to make sure the toilet is emptied and other services are all in order before dispatching the bus
